    FAQ

How do I make a booking?

Simply click on the ‘Register Now’ button on your chosen retreat page. Select the number of travellers you’re booking for, then proceed to checkout.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your booking has been made, in shaa Allah.

If you ever feel unsure or stuck, don’t worry — just reach out to us on WhatsApp at +65 8969 3039, and we’ll walk you through it step by step.

Do I need to pay the full amount?

For all of our international retreats (outside Malaysia), a 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. The remaining balance can be paid one month before the travel date.

For our Malaysia retreats, a full payment (100%) is required upon registration. This is because these are intimate, small-group retreats with very limited spots — we book out entire spaces and other arrangements in advance to ensure a deeply personal experience. Your early commitment allows us to confirm everything with our local hosts confidently — ensuring that each retreat runs smoothly and meaningfully for everyone involved.

Thank you for your understanding and trust; it helps us continue running these retreats sustainably and with care. In shaa Allah!

If you require a more flexible payment option — such as a smaller deposit or a later final payment — please reach out to us on whatsapp at +65 8969 3039. We'll be more than happy to discuss what works best for you and assist as much as we can, in shaa Allah!

    Is the deposit refundable?

Deposits are non-refundable once payment has been made.

We understand that life can change unexpectedly, but our small-group model means we honour our partners with advance payments to secure accommodations, transport, and facilitators early on. It’s what allows us to keep our retreats heartfelt, fair, and community-based.

While we’re unable to refund deposits, we’ll always do our best to explore alternative solutions — such as transferring your slot to another person or adjusting your participation where possible.

Our retreats are intentionally kept small, and each booking directly impacts the group and the communities we work with.

If you ever face an emergency or exceptional situation, please let us know — we’ll do our best to explore options with understanding and compassion. In shaa Allah!

    Are itineraries subject to change?

Yes, our itineraries may be subject to minor adjustments.

Every Muslim Travel Club retreat is thoughtfully designed and confirmed with our local partners in advance. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances — such as flight schedule changes, weather conditions, local regulations, or site accessibility — may require us to make small modifications.

Rest assured, any changes made will not compromise the essence or quality of the retreat experience. If adjustments are necessary, they will always be made with the safety, comfort, and benefit of the group in mind, in shaa Allah.

What if I want to make my own flight arrangements or have a special request?

We understand that everyone’s situation is different — maybe you’re joining from another country, extending your stay, or just prefer to manage your own flights. (Yes, we welcome you to join us from anywhere in the world!) Whenever possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate special requests and
work out a fair arrangement together.

We may not have all the answers immediately, but we’re always open to discuss and find a solution that works for you.

Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp at +65 8969 3039, or email us at contact@muslimtravelclub.sg — we’re real people behind the screen, and we’d love to help!

Besides Retreats, does Muslim Travel Club organise regular trips too?

We don’t run regular sightseeing trips. Muslim Travel Club is a retreat-based travel company — every journey we curate is designed with reflection, intention, and meaning at its core.

While our retreats include nature, culture, exploration, and beautiful experiences around the world, they are never just trips.

Each journey is centred around Islam and the process of knowing yourself through travel. We travel to see Allah’s signs in the world, to reflect, and to make sense of it all — woven with moments of reflection, learning circles with accredited Islamic teachers, and conversations that help you slow down and see beyond the surface.

Instead of rushing from place to place, our retreats invite you to pause, feel, and make sense of what you see and experience.

It’s not just about where we go, but who we become along the way.

We travel to know Allah — and in knowing Him, we come to know ourselves. May Allah aid all of us in this journey of life, aameen.

I joined MTC for trip to Kashmir (Spiritual retreat - Serenity in the snow) with my cousin and other solo muslimah travellers and i couldn't be more grateful that it exceeded my expectations in so many ways. It definitely changed my whole perceptions about how tour groups are marketed. The number of pax were just nice and we ladies bonded spiritually through the halaqah sessions lead by a great asatizah.

Big thanks to Diyanah for accommodating to us the entire trip and making sure we were ok the whole time! Highly recommended for solo travellers (ladies) or group of girlfriends to join MTC in their upcoming trips because it will be an unforgettable experience. Definitely a retreat for the soul! 🙂

My first retreat with MTC was in Sept-Oct ‘24 where we went to Jordan-Aqsa! This trip was truly an eye opener! My intention was really to reconnect with Allah as I felt I’ve been away from him and I did! The heartfelt gatherings we had after our subuh prayer at Al-Aqsa was really so beautifu! The experience I had with the local people was something else, never seen a community who is so welcoming, so kind hearted just MasyaAllah! Every steps I take in Aqsa, it felt as though I’m with the prophets 😭
We also went to Wadi Rum where we learned about astronomy from Ustaz Haziq, our very own local asatizah. I really enjoyed the outdoor teaching. & saw many shooting stars too 💫 The bond that we shared during this trip was really unforgettable! Really appreciate Ms. Diyanah & Ustaz Nash for all the hard work that has been put into, making sure it runs smoothly! Also really thankful for Ms. Diyanah for making such platform for like-minded people that is seeking for knowledge & Allah’s pleasure easy! Went to this trip alone but came back with beautiful people attached closed to my heart ❤️

I went on the Jordan - Aqsa trip in January this year. It was truly the one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. Alhamdulillah. It was my first time with MTC but it definitely won’t be the last, In Shaa Allah. It is such an attractive travel agency for solo female(or male) travelers and for those who seek to enhance their spiritual journeys by seeing the beauty in going to new places. MTC is organized in coordinating the activities, showing deep knowledge of each place, with excellent communication, they were also accommodating to the individuals’ preferences and needs! This trip personally is one I’ll remember and cherish forever. I came back from this trip feeling inspired by the things I’ve learnt and experienced. I also loved the small group size and the amazing ladies I met there. Thank you MTC!

I had the best time with MTC as a solo traveller. It has brought me closer to my faith as a muslim and that the entire journey was guided with an experienced tour guide and knowledgeable Ustaz/Ustazah. It was definitely a memorable trip as the sisterhood didn’t end after the trip.

Went for the Jordan + Aqsa trip in Jan 2025 and it was a good start to the year. Thank you MTC for being a huge contributor to kicking off my year well. May you be rewarded tremendously.

Big thanks to Diyanah for accommodating the entire trip and making it a seamless and comfortable one! Highly recommended for solo travellers (ladies) to join MTC in their upcoming trips because it will be an unforgettable experience. Being surrounded by ladies with same interests in appreciating the beauty in Islam, what more can I ask for :’)

I went for the Prophetic Dua retreat in Janda Baik. Thank you Diyanah, Ustazah Wan Nadia and MTC for providing such retreats; it was what I realised I've needed all this while without knowing it, until I went for it. Reflection sessions were well thought out and learning circles were meaningful and insightful. So much was shared over just 3 days 2 nights! Looking forward to more in the future insyaAllah

I was one of the participants for the Seerah Retreat. It was well organised and the organisers had mapped the journey to ensure the participants get the maximum benefit. The nuggets of knowledge are truly priceless and help us to see the seerah in different perspective. which helps us to apply the knowledge in our daily lives. Thank you sisters
I went for my first retreat with MTC in September at Selangor. It was my first trip alone and I don’t travel much. Yet, the MTC organisers (Sis Diyanah, Nusaibah and Aisyah) took care of me very well and the whole trip, to and fro, was smooth.

I was roomed with sisters of my demographic who were working professionals. We immediately clicked and bonded.

The whole trip was a blessing. We started the days with solat sunat, solat subuh jemaah, morning adzkar and shared reflections. Then for the rest of the day and night were halaqahs about the Seerah of the Prophet s.a.w. It inspired me to relearn the Seerah but take my time and try to understand the Seerah through empathy for the Prophet s.a.w. The venue is such a great place to slow down and enjoy nature, away from the fast paced living in Singapore.

Overall, MTC has made me change the way I see travelling as not just taking pictures in front of scenic landscapes but that travelling can be more intentional and meaningful.
